As a vehicle owner in the state of Pennsylvania, you are required to visit your local tax county collector’s office in order to apply for car titling. A car title acts as proof of vehicle ownership, and is often provided by the state’s Department of Motor Vehicles. In some cases, though, if you have purchased a vehicle through a dealership, the salesperson will take care of the vehicle registration paperwork for you.
